Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from signatureaddiscoffee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the coffee bags must not be opened and must be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@coffeesignatureaddis.com to request a return authorization.

Once your return has been authorized, please securely package the unopened coffee bags and include a copy of your original receipt. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, minus any shipping costs. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item was received damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@coffeesignatureaddis.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will issue a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
